SA consulted Darling Associates Architects on the stone specification to four high spec residential buildings. This involved detailed consultancy on the suitability of the stone, matching to the architects design intent by colour and finish, sourcing of premium stones at the prescribed budget.
SA also consulted Berkeley Homes in value engineering the stone package to produce significant savings.
SA generated savings in excess of £1,100,000 to two separate building (Block 2 & 3), consisting of 125 Apartments
SA generated further savings of £280,000 on another 20 story tower (Block 5)
SA secured the supply contract to block 2 & 3
SA secured the supply and installation contract to block 5
